Mike Brown
Owner • Operator
Mike brings over nine years of executive and project management experience, including leadership roles as Vice President of Business Development and Senior Project Manager at Tilray, where he directed large-scale international construction and expansion projects, notably the company’s state-of-the-art facility in Portugal. His work has spanned Canada and Europe, overseeing complex design, engineering, and build processes with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality execution.
Before that, Mike built a 25-year career in construction management, successfully delivering commercial and industrial projects across Western Canada. With a background in Environmental Engineering Technology and consulting experience for Halliburton and Devon Energy, he offers a deep understanding of multidisciplinary project environments. Known for his practical leadership and commitment to craftsmanship, Mike consistently brings structure, precision, and accountability to every stage of the project.

- What’s your favourite superhero and why? I’d have to say Deadpool, he says and does what he feels is right…and he makes me laugh
- If your life were a movie, what would the title be? Hell of a ride.
- What’s your go-to karaoke song, and do you actually sing it well? Don’t do karaoke, even if I have been drinking, I can’t sing at all. If I did it would be an Eagles tune for sure.
- What’s a childhood snack or treat you still secretly love? NO SECRET -marshmallow peanut butter treats , every Christmas my mom sends them out.
- What was the first significant thing you ever bought with your own money? Huge stereo for my room. I saved up by doing papers and went to Sears to get the best speakers I could afford.
- If you had an entire day off with zero responsibilities, how would you spend it? In front of a bonfire with family and friends.
- Where’s your happy place? On a beach with my family, somewhere hot.
- What’s on your bucket list that you’re determined to check off? Ride a motorbike down the west coast to California and back.
- What’s your useless hidden talent? I used to be really good on a pogo stick.
